Why Millenary

More than a check-up

A standard check-up tells you whether something is already wrong. Millenary shows where you're heading, and what to do about it.

My vitamin D came back low. What should I be doing differently?

It's 22 ng/mL, below the optimal range. It's now the first item in your plan, and we'll compare it at your next test. If you're thinking about supplements, check the dose with your GP or pharmacist.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a check-up with my GP?

A standard check usually covers 26 to 40 markers and looks for disease. Plus measures 100+ across 17 categories and shows what's drifting away from optimal, so you can act early. It doesn't replace your GP.

Who analyses my blood?

Your sample is analysed by our UK laboratory partner. Your results then appear in the Millenary app, with every marker explained in plain language and the AI companion on hand for questions.

Where do I give my sample?

At one of 43 partner clinics across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Use Find a clinic to see the nearest one.

What if something is out of range?

It's flagged clearly in your results with what it measures and why it matters. Millenary doesn't diagnose or prescribe, so we'll always suggest you share anything flagged with your GP. For anything urgent, call NHS 111 or 999.

How long do results take?

About 72 hours for Plus. Elite includes specialist markers and takes 7 to 10 working days.

What happens to my data?

It's yours. It's encrypted, you can export it whenever you want, and we never sell it to third parties.

Can I add DNA or microbiome testing?

Yes. Nutrition & Lifestyle DNA (£199) and Microbiome (£229) can be added to either plan.
